WHO ?

Mirabelle Gremaud is a Swiss artist, born in Fribourg, and currently based in London.
She is a physical theatre performer, acrobatic dancer, and a musician: harpist and singer.

She was raised by her grand- parents. Grandpa was a mime and Grandma was a dancer. She therefore had an exciting and artistic childhood playing in the fields with her cat, going to art exibitions, experimenting the daily joy and fragility of Artists.
She tried many activities but was more interested in climbing in the trees.
This explains pretty much who she still is today. A young creative mind, full of energy, who loves mountains, animals movements, art and music.

ARTISTIC JOURNEY

At 8 years old, she started playing the classical Harp discovering music alongside circus classes exploring movement. The moment she was upside down, was the click in her head that this would probably be the place where she would spend most of her life.. She was finally told to run and not to sit down and stay still.

The journey took a professional path, with a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Theatre at the Accademia Teatro Dimitri in Switzerland. Physical theatre being the perfect combination of expression with the means of movement and music.ality.
Wishing to discover what another country and culture could teach her about Art, she ended up in London, where she post-graduated in Dance studies at the Trinity Laban Conservatory of Music and Dance.
